Our consultants will work in ‘brainstorming’ teams to allow for a free flow of information. This collaborative approach encourages all to be equally involved in the case and the lack of formal hierarchical structure allows for the freedom of discussion of ideas between network consultants and those companies for whom we are working.
In conjunction and liaison with our clients we will be able to identify specific issues that need to be addressed. This not only allows our consultants to gain the most information possible about the client and their industry, it also allows for a greater learning experience for the client in new ways to attack an issue, formal processes in solving problems and fosters a relationship between GBS and the client.
